Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bakery, Chinese, Coffee, Desert, Fast Food, Non Veg, North Indian and Restaurant Experience
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Restaurant Experience, South Indian, Fast Food, North Indian, Desert, Bakery, Coffee
• Skills Needed: Tandoor, Non Veg, Veg, Chinese

Key responsibilities

As a Sous Chef, your work will include:

• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
