Handle Support Functions Like Data Entry, Quotations, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation And Maintain Workflow Accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams By Managing Behind-The-Scenes Operations.

Compensation

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Good knowledge of Data entry, Email etiquette, Typing and Record keeping
