Executive Assistant

Thakur Creations is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. Google Sheet And Google Form Create And Manage. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Typing, Data entry, Basic accounting, MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and organised

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
