Welcome Customers And Provide Friendly Customer Service. Serve Natural Ice Creams, Sundaes, Waffles, Milkshakes, Coffee, Pizzas, Sandwiches, And Other Menu Items. Prepare And Present Food And Beverages According To Company Standards. Take Customer Orders And Handle Billing Using The Pos System. Maintain Cleanliness And Hygiene In The Kitchen, Service Counter, Equipment, And Dining Area.Ensure Proper Storage And Handling Of Ice Cream And Other Ingredients. Monitor Stock Levels And Inform The Manager About Shortages. Follow Food Safety Standards And Company Sops. Assist With Opening And Closing Procedures, Including Cleaning And Stock Checks. Work As Part Of A Team To Ensure Smooth Cafe Operations.

Roles and responsibilities

• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
