Thapar Engineering Works is looking for a Coordinator to join its team in Sector 19, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Record Management
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A persuasive, trustworthy attitude

Your responsibilities

As a Coordinator, your work will include:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
