The Cafe Is For South Indian And Light North And Chinese Food Serving Mainly Tiffins And Snacks. The Chef Should Be Able To Manage Making South Indian Tiffins(Idli, Mysore Bonda, Poori, Pesarattu, Upma, Dosa) And Snacks (Bajji, Corn Samosa, Punugulu, Etc). If Possible, Light Dinner Combos Like Chinese (Momos, Fried Rice, Noodles), North (Chole Batura, Stuffed Paratha), Chapathi Curry. The Chef Should Manage Making Batters, Chutneys, Organising The Kitchen. A Helper Will Be Provided For Cutting And Other Helps Like Frying, Etc. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | South Indian, North Indian, Commi2, Commi1 | Skills Needed : Chinese, Veg

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• You will take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service.
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Below 10th
• Skills: Chinese, Commi1, Commi2, North Indian, South Indian, Veg
• Male Only
• No English required
