The Blessings Matrimonials wants to bring on an Executive Hr for its Lajpat Nagar, Delhi team. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Screening, Labour law basics, Payroll, HRMS
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, organised attitude
