Manage Hr Operations, Payroll, Employee Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Ensure Compliance With Pf, Esic, Lwf, Posh And Labour Laws. Handle Statutory Filings, Employee Records, Audits, And Government Schemes, Including Naps, Nats, And Pm Yojana. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Typing, Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Data entry
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and organised

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
