Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. Restaurant Manager Who Can Take Orders From Customers And Can Handle Daily Billings.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette and MS Office

Day-to-day work

As a Front Office Receptionist, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
