Hr Executive

The Greenland Marketing Company is looking for an Hr Executive to join its team in RS Puram, Coimbatore. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Recruitment, HRMS and MS Excel
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and good communicator

Salary

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
