Field Officer

The Hr World Solutions is looking for a Field Officer to join its team in Madhyamgram, Kolkata. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹19,000/month.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Accounts payable, Bank reconciliation, MS Excel and GST
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone confidential and organised

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,800 – ₹19,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

As a Field Officer, your work will include:

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
