The Agency Manager In The Life Insurance Sector Plays A Crucial Role In Driving Business Growth Through The Agency Channel. The Primary Responsibility Of This Role Is To Build, Manage, And Develop A Team Of Insurance Advisors (Agents) Who Contribute To Achieving Sales Targets And Expanding The Company'S Customer Base. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Presentation, Lead generation, Negotiation and Customer handling
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone target-driven and self-motivated
