They Are Responsible For Building A High-Performing Team, Setting Sales Targets, Offering Coaching, And Ensuring Compliance With Company Regulations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As a Business Development Associate, your work will include:

• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Local market knowledge, Target achievement, CRM, Lead generation
• Male Only
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
