Business Development Manager

The Hrfly wants to bring on a Business Development Manager for its Jalna Road, Aurangabad team. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

What you will do

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, Negotiation, CRM and Target achievement
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and confident
