Welcome And Attend Clients At The Reception. Answer Phone Calls. Maintain Visitor Records. Office Cleaning And Maintaining Cleanliness. Serve Water, Tea And Coffee To Clients. Prepare And Arrange Client Files Properly. Basic Document Handling And Photocopy Work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

What you get

Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Basic accounting, Typing, Email etiquette
