The Landmark Hotel wants to bring on a Human Resource Manager for its Maripur, Muzaffarpur team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹70,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Payroll, Labour law basics, Screening, MS Excel
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
