We Are Looking For A Customer Support Executive To Manage Sales, Operations & Logistics. The Role Includes Handling Whatsapp, Calls, Instagram Enquiries, Converting Leads, Following Up On Quotations, Approvals And Payments, Coordinating With Workshop, Pricing, Accounts And Management Teams, And Managing Pickups, Courier Tracking, Deliveries, Rtos. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales | Languages : Hindi, English

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
