Team Management: Recruit, Train, Schedule, Motivate, And Conduct Per. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Below 10th
• Comfortable with Documentation, Compliance, Financial products, KYC
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and ethical

What the job involves

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
