The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Preparing Authentic South Indian Dishes Such As Idli, Dosa, Vada, Pongal, Upma, Sambar, Chutneys, Rice Varieties, And Other Regional Recipes. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Consistency In Taste And Quality, Following Standard Recipes, Preparing Ingredients, Ensuring Food Safety And Hygiene, Minimizing Wastage, And Supporting Daily Bulk Meal Production. Candidates Should Have 25 Years Of Experience In A Professional Kitchen, A Strong Understanding Of South Indian Cuisine, And The Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment. Experience In Cloud Kitchens Or Bulk Cooking Will Be An Added Advantage. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | South Indian, Commi1 | Skills Needed : Veg

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• You will maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards.
• You will handle billing, reservations and guest feedback.
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• You will keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable.
