Looking For A Responsible And Organised Executive Assistant To Support The Day-To-Day Activities And Office Operations Of The Proprietor. Manage Schedules, Appointments, Communications And Daily Reminders. Follow-Up/Coordinate With Employees And Other Stakeholders On The Behalf Of Propreitor. Prepare Documents, Reports And Maintain Records. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Basic accounting, MS Office and Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and organised

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
