We Are Looking For A Customer Service Executive With 1-2 Years Of Relevant Experience In Voice And Email Processes. The Role Involves Handling Customer Queries And Providing Support Through Inbound And Outbound Communication Channels. The Candidate Must Be A Resident Of Navi Mumbai And Should Be Comfortable Working In A Blended Process . 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Email | Advanced Excel

What you will do

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

What you get

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel and Email
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
