What you will do

As a Customer Service Associate (Csa), your work will include:

• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Local market knowledge, CRM, Lead generation, Negotiation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and target-driven

Salary

Compensation: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
