Assisting Customer Enquiry Over Call , Whatsapp And Email. 5. Monitor Ongoing Rides And Handle Real-Time Escalations/Issues 6. Maintain Operational Data, Reports, Mis And Filing. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Email | MS Word, Basic Excel

What the job involves

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Email, Ms Word
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Email
• MS Word, Basic Excel
• An organised, detail-oriented attitude

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹24,000 per month.
