The Way Of Abroad is looking for a Telecaller to join its team in Sector-40, Chandigarh. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month.

Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics.

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Active listening, CRM tools and Complaint handling
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone calm under pressure and polite

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

As a Telecaller, your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
