The Web Lead Solutions wants to bring on an Hr/Admin for its Ashok Vihar, Delhi team. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Advise Management On Hr Policies, Employee Relations, And Workforce Planning. Develop Strategies To Improve Employee Engagement And Productivity. Monitor Industry Trends And Ensure Compliance With Labor Laws. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, MS Excel, Recruitment and Payroll
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, confidential attitude

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
