The Wellness Shop is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive in Delhi-Jaipur expressway, Jaipur. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Key Responsibilities:Manage End-To-End Recruitment Cycle Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, And Onboardingsource Candidates Through Job Portals (Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed), Social Media, And Referralscoordinate With Department Heads To Define Manpower Requirements And Job Descriptionsschedule And Conduct Preliminary Interviews; Coordinate. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel, Labour law basics and Payroll
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, organised attitude

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
