Thomascook Ltd wants to bring on a Customer Sales Executive for its Lower Parel, Mumbai team. The team is filling 20 vacancies. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Outbound Calls For Holiday Package Sales Handle Inbound Calls Answer Queries On Destinations, Tours & Bookings Upsell / Promote Upgraded Packages & Add-On Services Coordinate & Confirm Bookings (Flights, Hotels, Activities). 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Target achievement, Lead generation, Presentation, Local market knowledge
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and target-driven

Key responsibilities

As a Customer Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

Salary

Compensation: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
