Thomascook Ltd has an opening for a Customer Sales Executive based in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 25 candidates will be hired for this role.

Make Outbound Calls To Sell Holiday Packages.Handle Inbound Customer Calls And Inquiries.Explain Tour Packages, Destinations, And Booking Details.Promote Upgraded Packages And Additional Services.Coordinate Flight, Hotel, And Activity Bookings.Confirm Bookings And Assist Customers Throughout The Process. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Presentation, Lead generation, CRM, Negotiation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
