Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Skills: Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
