Tirumala Financial Services is looking for a Field Collection Executive to join its team in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. 15 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Credit Card
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Credit Card
• You are patient and customer-first

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What you get

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
