Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.

What you get

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Procurement, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
