You Resolve Their Queries By Taking Access Of Their System Online Via Remote Tools Like Anydesk / Ultraviewer.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

As a Customer Service Executive, your work will include:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
