Torrens Academy is hiring an Admission Counsellor in Jaydev Vihar, Bhubaneswar. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Local market knowledge, Negotiation, Lead generation, Presentation
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone persuasive and confident
