Total Transparency Investigation Private Limited is looking for an Office Executive to join its team in Abul Fazal Enclave, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹14,000/month.

Salary

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email and Ms Word
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Computer, Email

• You are organised and well spoken
