What the job involves

As an Office Executive, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Word and Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, MS Word, Record Management
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude

Compensation

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
