A new Business Development Manager (Bdm) role is open at Trade Minds Academy, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Meet Walk-In Customers At The Project Site. Explain Project Details And Property Features. Generate And Follow Up On Sales Leads. Convert Enquiries Into Bookings. Conduct Site Visits For Customers. Build And Maintain Good Customer Relationships. Coordinate With The Sales And Management Team. Prepare Daily Sales And Visit Reports. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Target achievement, Lead generation, Customer handling, Presentation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are target-driven and persuasive

Salary

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
