Handle Day-To-Day Banking Activities Including Cheque Deposits, Rtgs/Neft, Dds, And Bank Documentation.Process And Coordinate Foreign Remittance Transactions (Import/Export Payments, Form A2, Fema Documentation, Etc.).Prepare, Submit, And Track Government And Private Tenders Through Online Portals.Coordinate With Banks, Clients, Vendors, And Gov. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

• Skills: MS Office, Record keeping, Data entry, Basic accounting

What you will do

• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
