Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
