We Are Seeking Dynamic And Customer-Oriented Customer Support Executives For Our Bpo Operations Team. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Customer Queries, Resolving Issues, And Ensuring High Customer Satisfaction Through Voice, Email, Or Chat Support. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
