Handle Customer Order Follow-Ups And Prepare Order Acknowledgements (Oa). Support Sales Team With Parts Availability And Basic Costing. Manage Customer Queries, Spare Parts, And Complaints. Share Ledgers For Reconciliation And Follow Up For Payments. Back Office Role.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
