• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, Active listening, Complaint handling and Typing speed

Roles and responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What you get

Compensation: ₹38,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
