E-Commerce Operations Executivewe Are Looking For An Organized And Responsible Candidate To Handle Day-To-Day E-Commerce Operations.Responsibilities: Inventory Management, Data Entry & Maintaining Records Supplier Coordination Through Calls & Emails Packaging, Order Processing & Courier Coordination Tracking Shipments And Resolving Delivery Issues Product Research, Market Trends & Competitor Research Maintaining Product/Order/Inventory Data Supporting Overall E-Commerce Operationsrequirements: 13 Years Of E-Commerce Experience Preferred Good Knowledge Of Amazon, Flipkart & D2C Operations Basic Knowledge Of Excel/Google Sheets Good Communication And Email Skills Computer Proficiency And Attention To Detail Should Be Proactive, Responsible And Able To Work Independently. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Power Point, Record Management, Internet Surfing | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Record Management
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Power Point, Record Management, Internet Surfing
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer

Day-to-day work

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
