Make Outbound Calls To Promote And Sell Products Or Services. Address Customer Queries, Negotiate Deals, And Meet Sales Targets. Maintain Detailed Call Records And Follow Up With Leads Effectively. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

As a Tele Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing speed, Verbal communication, CRM tools, Active listening
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
