We Are Looking For A Proactive And Experienced Hr Manager To Lead And Manage The Complete Human Resources Function Across All Group Entities. The Role Requires Strong Expertise In Recruitment, Hr Operations, Compliance, Employee Relations, And Learning & Development, While Working Closely With Leadership To Support Organization. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Recruitment, HRMS and MS Excel
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and good communicator

Day-to-day work

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
