The Candidate Will Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls, Explain Immigration Programs, Generate Leads, And Schedule Appointments For Consultants. Good Communication And Convincing Skills Are Required. Your responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
