Trusted Hands is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar. The pay goes up to ₹13,000/month.

What you will do

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,000 per month.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Basic accounting, Data entry and Typing
• No English required
• Freshers can apply
• Someone dependable and organised
