Executive Assistant

Tulsi food & Bevrages is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in B. B. D. Bag Dalhousie Square, Kolkata. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Typing, Email etiquette, Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and well spoken

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
