Office Admin: Manage Daily Office Operations, Handle Incoming Calls & Enquiries, Make Outbound Calls For Career Counselling, Maintain Records & Documentation, Track Attendance, Support Onboarding, Manage Employee Records, Schedule Meetings And Coordinate Internal Communication. Strong Communication, Ms Office Skills, Multitasking. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Record Management, MS Word

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Ms Word, Record Management
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Record Management, MS Word
• You are organised and detail-oriented

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
