Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Financial products, MS Excel, Customer acquisition and Compliance
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A detail-oriented, ethical attitude

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹12,500 per month.
