A new Collection Executive / Officer role is open at Tycoon Credit And Portfolios Limited, Sector 19 - Noida, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Responsible For Following Up With Customers For Timely Payment Collection Through Calls, Emails, And Messages, Maintaining Collection Records, Resolving Payment-Related Queries, And Achieving Collection Targets While Adhering To Company Policies. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Compliance, Financial products, KYC
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone ethical and persuasive

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
